In order to achieve its goals, work amongst the MICROSERIVICES project is divided into 6 different thematic work packages (WP) that all work in conjunction with each other to produce the predictions of climate change impacts on crop microbiomes (see figure above). The interconnectivity of all these WPs is elaborated in the drop-down menu “PROJECT”. There are 6 WPs in the project and they are as follows:

  • WP1: Project management & stakeholder involvement (lead: ETH & ELO);
  • WP2: Regional climate predictions based on Earth Observation data (lead: NOA);
  • WP3: Assessment of wheat microbiomes along climate gradients (lead: INRAE (formally INRA));
  • WP4: Experimental drought under conventional & organic farming (lead: UoK & Agroscope);
  • WP5: Machine learning predictions of climate change impacts on crop microbiomes (lead: LEITAT);
  • WP6: Dissemination and outreach (lead: ETH & ELO).

To learn more about each WP, we invite you take a look at each description in the “PROJECT” in the menu.
